Mega Orchid: The true power of Aura

Description

So here it is, the final picture in my Pokémon Mega Evolution project, this is Orchid the Lucario, behold all of her powerful Beauty.
And you all better re the "Rich's Note" section, because I had lost all I typed out last night because DA apparently deletes the description if you save and exit after the picture is already in your Sta.sh...

Rich’s Notes:

Orchid the Lucario, y’know it’s funny to me how I often forget that she is probably the youngest member.
But don’t you got thinking that she the weakest on my team, oh no, quite the contrary.
Orchid’s strength can easily rival that of Tenka’s and Tetsuo’s physical powers.
I even remember obtaining Orchid was an interesting tale of its own.
It all started roughly after I had conquered Hoenn as the Pokémon League champion and defeated the Frontier Brain.
Just when I thought there wasn’t anything left for me to do I was suddenly approached by Hoenn’s squad of Pokémon Rangers, as they wanted to recruit me to join their ranks.
Now I thought about this for a little while, if I said yes, I’d be able to join up with Lloyd, for you see, once he got to Hoenn, he stood there and became a ranger himself.
But then I remember that those Pokémon Rangers pretty much go camping for a living, and I’ll be damned if I’m going to sleep outside for all of them Bug Pokémon to come and get me!
I remember the horror that was Viridian Forest and the Beedrill hive… I ain’t doing that shit again...
You can call me a city slicker; I prefer the hustle and bustle of Castelia City over any forest any day…
Plus, after having to deal with the nonsense of Team Aqua and Team Magma, I seriously needed to chill; fucking Archie and Maxie were out of their damn minds…
I declined their offer and when on my way home to Unova.
Once I got back home, I took a much longer break than I normally do after traveling to a new region, a one year break to be exact.
Why? Well, mainly because I wanted to find a job with in Castelia City.
I went to apply for a Battle Instructor in the very same Pokémon Academy that I attended when I was younger; and seeing how I was a star pupil, I was let in almost immediately to teach in room A-13, were I still teach to this day as matter a fact!
During one of my breaks in the Teacher’s Lounge, I got a call for Lloyd of all people; I knew if he was calling me, it must've been something good.
On the phone, Lloyd told me that the Sinnoh League was about to go into full swing, but that wasn’t the main reason he called me.
You see, apparently Lloyd got in contact with one of his “Breeder Buddies” and he told me that he'd be in Twinleaf Town distributing rare Pokémon Eggs on a strictly “first come, first served” basis.
Seeing how the kids were going to be out for the summer, I’d have all the time in the world to myself, and all I need to hear was “Sinnoh League” and “Rare Pokémon” to get me into the swing of things.
So I packed up my travel bag, grabbed some Ultra Balls and Timer Balls, bought my plane ticket and left for Sinnoh.

For once in my life, I woke up early enough to get to Twinleaf Town on time for the distribution, so early that I was the first one there.
The man who was handing out eggs was a rather sharply dressed man who wore a navy blue suit with a hat to match!
Alongside him was his trusted partner, a Lucario who wore a cape the same navy blue color as his suit.
He introduced himself as Riley, who just so happened to be friends with Lloyd, so much so in fact, that Lloyd had called him early yesterday to hold on to an egg for me just in case if “my lazy ass couldn’t get out of bed”
… Gee, thanks Lloyd old buddy…
Riley had handed me the egg, but instead of one egg, he handed me to, one reason was because I was early, and two… Well, Riley’s Lucario got a little frisky with his Lopunny and well…
Yeah…
So I got two eggs instead of one, I was blue and the other was brown.
I was told that both eggs came for the same set of parents, so when these two little ones hatch, they’ll be siblings; I thought that was kinda cool, Didn’t have any Pokémon that were related to each other like that before.
Before he left, Riley handed me a Lucarioite as he had noticed that I had a Mega Ring on my finger and said “I have a feeling that you’ll need this”.
He said his goodbyes to me and left in the distance, as I headed off to Sandgem Town in order to see Professor Rowan to have him update my Pokédex for the Sinnoh region.
The brown egg hatched first into a baby female Buneary, who I called Hunny.
As for the second egg that one didn’t hatch for a while not even Tenka helping to incubate the egg with her extremely high body temperature could help the egg to hatch any faster.
But if there is one thing I know about Pokémon Eggs it’s that they never hatch when you expect them to as for when the egg actually hatched in was in the middle of the night as I had to camp outside of Eterna City.
But when the little Riolu was born, there was something different about her, mainly because she was purple and not blue!
She had the light blue colored chest like a Shiny Riolu would have, but everywhere there was yellow it wasn’t.
Not really caring about that, all I knew is that I needed to name this little munchkin, and seeing how there were a bunch of patches of orchids near our campsite, I named her Orchid.
The sweet little bundle of joy loved her name and squeezed me tightly and called me daddy, while she called Tenka mama.
Orchid also got to meet her older sister Hunny, and they both bonder with each other almost instantly.

While growing up, Orchid was trained by both Tenka and Tetsuo.
Tenka taught Orchid how to fight and how to put force behind her blows.
While Tetsuo… well… he taught her how to dodge… She pretty much had to in order to not get crushed by him.
He may have been a tad too rough on her for the most part, but much like Tenka, there wasn’t anything she couldn’t handle.
Orchid was even able to learn Dragon Pulse from Tenka and Psychic and Aura Sphere from Tetsuo.
Sometime later, Orchid evolved into a Lucario during my battle with Maylene in the Veilstone City Gym, I was surprised that she evolved so quickly, I knew that she was a hardheaded little thing when she was a Riolu.
I was getting flashbacks to when Tenka was going through her “Teenage Years” as a Charmeleon, though much like her Mama Tenka, she mellowed out when she evolved, but still kept the urge to fight and battle against anything in her way.
However, much like any Pokémon that can Mega Evolve I knew there was a time her Mega Form was needed… That time came sooner than I though.
You see, there was this group of crazies that called themselves Team Galactic; I dealt with them pretty easily, well that is until I ran into the boss, Cyrus…
He ended up on Spear Pillar and somehow got a hold of Palkia and Dialga.
He planned on opening a different dimension called the “Distortion World” which he would open up and gain control the Pokémon that lives there, called Giratina and rule the normal world, and the Distortion World…
I had the misfortune of being drag into that Distortion World, I’ll just stay that Hell exists, and I got to get lost in there for a few hours…
I had to Mega Evolve Orchid, Tenka, and Tetsuo fight off Giratina, and drag Cyrus off to the authorities…
After that event, I got to finally beat the Sinnoh League and become the region champ.
Boy, Sinnoh was fun…

While in her Mega Evolved state, Orchid’s Aura is super charged into overdrive, allowing her to launch out Aura Spheres by the dozen.
If she charges her Aura up for a certain amount of time, she'll be able to fire an enormous laser of concentrated Aura.
The best I can explain it is it looks like a Kamehameha Ki-Blast, it’s big, it’s blue, and if you are too stupid to not get out of the way of that blast, it’s gonna hurt… A lot…
While she isn’t training, Orchid likes to hang out in Central Plaza with her nephew Two-Tone.
She is the most outdoorsy out of all of my Pokémon.

Okay, so that’s all I needed to write about her.
Work on Orchid was pretty simple, though, I will say that I slightly made her crest fur a bit lighter than her hair, if only I didn’t want it to blend in with it.
As for her clothes, since Orchid likes to wear fighting clothes, like Karate Gi and other stuff like that; I know it’s a little dull, but she isn’t on to wear a lot of flashy clothing.
So yeah, that was my Pokémon Mega Evolution project; I think that they worked out for the best.
Now to think of something else to do…

Seen a few deviants trying out the MEGA evolutions from time to time on some of the Pokemon but who cares about all of that, you totally hit it right when you said powerful beauty. o0o

Lovely job on alot of things here lad, you really were quite the busy one with this pic on a few more levels then just one.  Along with the character you are really into the lines getting more of that animalistic look to her as well dressing her up with own garments and extra to really make her be unique as can be.

Like the added touch on the stomach for the tones there and how a little bit of muscle can bring in even more then just bust alone.  That said interesting work on the rest of her pose from the way she's layered in the dojo styled outfit along with revealing chest to really make you stop and drool for a while, booyah!

Rather applaud some good work on the coloring here again and the overall usage of both blue and white to satisfy your eyes.  The white could easily be lost here but with the way you use it with a few tones for the skin, face and background really keep things in perspective if that makes any sense. ^O^

Might add love that grin and that lone eye sneaking out from the mane, a bit of mystery is always welcome for the allure you know.  And meant to say this earlier but glad on seeing that your keeping up with your stylish backgrounds and simple as they might be, you always tune them in just right to the character your drawing.

Hats off to you here Shy, you still got it (and then some)!
