Pokeshaming Tetsuo (...But not really...)

Ahh Tetsuo, my lovely boy... it sure has been a while.
Yes, I decided to revisit some of my older Pokemon characters again, mainly because I missed drawing them and I wanted to give them some slight redesigns.
Now normally I'd usually draw Tetsuo whenever I was upset, as he'd be beating up the Pokemon of the week I disliked (usually the highly overrated ones), but I drew Tetsuo because I couldn't think of anything or anyone else to draw.
So with this picture, I used it to show off the old and past meme called Poke-shaming, which was a little fad that spun off of Pet-shaming where the owner would put a piece of paper with what bad deed the pet did and would take a picture to shame them with it.
Poke-shamming falls along the same lines, but tends to be a bit funnier seeing how there are roughly 700+ Pokemon to mess around with, not to mention all the powers they have.
So for Tetsuo's sake Rich is shamming him in what he does best; by viciously beating him opponents into submission, because being the best doesn't mean you have to be nice...
As for Tetsuo's newer appearance I wanted to give him a more punk rocker look, maybe it's a little odd for Tetsuo, but seeing how snarky and uncaring he can be, I figured that it'd work for him.
Looks better then that tracksuit I gave him.

Boy, do people sure like to complain about nothing.
So, if it wasn't already known, my master is Richard Willard, better known as the Crownless King within the Pokemon World Tournament.
We have been holding that "Crown" of being the champions for roughly 8 years now, and because we've held it for so long, there have been very false allegations coming out from shitty and untrustworthy news outlets.
Most of those allegations are mostly fired at me, mainly because the last time they targeted Rich himself.
This upset Tenka greatly and she sent a very wordy and threatening letter to said news station.
I'd repeat what she said, but I know Tenka wouldn't appreciate me showing her more savage side to the public.
So if there is one thing that I often get criticized for, it is my "violent fighting" within my tournament fights.
Which I guess that I'm not supposed to keep my team's title of undefeated and let some shithead take what we all worked so hard to get.
I find it funny how hypocritical these critics tend to be, of course they target me just because I'm the Green Devil, they all seem to forget just how many Pokemon end up dying or are in critical condition in the World Tournament just out of the sheer savageness of the competitors.
As quite as it's kept, the public doesn't like to make these deaths public, not to mention it's the judges' jobs to stop the fight if the other Pokemon can't clearly continue to fight.
Sure, maybe I tend to slight toy with my opponents and maybe I like to prolong their suffering just a little bit to humiliate them, but at least I don't give my opponents career ending injuries.
...Well, okay, I don't do that anymore, for Rich's sake not my own...
Those tournament committees are always trying to enforce some kind of new rules for "safer" tournament and they are always trying to use "evidence" against me to try and get me banned from competing; no surprise that it's the Kanto branch of the committee that want to keep me out of tournaments.
Seeing how they are trying to do this, I decided to "shame" myself and took this picture to post up on their website page.
Heh, they didn't take too terribly kind to it, but at least they stopped bugging me and the media about it after much worse things happen in the last tournament a few months ago.
I know that all of Unova would be sad if I couldn't compete, they are a little more "bloodthirsty" for some action then some of the other regions; which is perfectly fine by me.
