Venus The Mawile

And we go with another Pokemon picture.
Since I drew all of Rich's team, I thought it'd be only fair to draw Lloyd's team as well, seeing how I did list them previously.
Seeing how their are over 700+ Pokemon it's foolish to say people only like less than six, so let's say that Rich's team are my absolute favorite Pokemon, and Lloyd's team are my other handful of favorites.
I should've started with Lloyd's starter, Kamina, but then again the first Pokemon I drew for Rich's team was Saiko so... that's irrelevant.
Let's start with Lloyd's cutest member of his team, Venus the Mawile.

Lloyd's Notes:
Venus the Mawile, you probably wouldn't think by looking at her, but she is "second in command" on my team of Pokemon.
How I met Venus was actually by complete accident.
After getting in the Hall of Fame in Johto I took off to the Hoenn region with Kamina, my other team wanted to say behind with my parent to help out their day care business, that and they were bushed after fighting against the remnants of Team Rocket.
When I got to Hoenn and arrived in Rustboro City I bumped into a little Mawile named Venus who was dressed up as a little magician looking very down in the dumps.
I asked her what was wrong, and she told me that her master released her from her Poke Ball and disowned her after she screwed up the but finale for their act, who called her a miserable failure and couldn't do anything right.
She was tearing up and getting ready to cry...
I had to do something for her, what I really wanted to do was to give her horrible trainer a piece of my mind, but I didn't want to cause an incident with my Shaolin Kung Fu...
I asked her if she wanted to travel with me and Kamina seeing how she didn't have a home to go back to, she looked at me with big wide eyed wonderment and hugged me as hard as she could and said yes.
The first thing I for little Venus was to buy her a brand new magician costume for her, if only because I knew that leaving her to wear her old one would give her bad memories.
She loved it and told me that it was the best outfit she ever wore.
Through my way in Hoenn Venus is actually a very competitive fighter, seriously her power rivals that of Kamina surprisingly, hell she is even able to Mega Evolve, who her previous master wasn't able to make her do.
After reaching the Hall of Fame in Hoenn with the rest of my team, Venus wanted to go compete in the Contest Battles, she often would show off her "Fairy Magic" to the crowd and do double team up contests with Siren my Milotic.
I think the one thing I like with Venus' acts she that she adds comedy to her performance, mainly thanks to her little sentient head appendage named Audrey.
And yes, I did say sentient, Venus does control it herself, but it can speak and think for itself.
A bit odd I think, the Pokedex never states anything about that, but whatever I won't question it...
Venus continues to be a most useful member of my team even after I became a Pokemon Ranger, she large maw of her can crew through just about anything, which helps out alot with people stuck under rubble.
If there is one thing about Venus that can get a little hard to deal with is her attraction with me, and it's not a cute crushy attraction, it's a "Master, I want you to take my virginity" kind of attraction...
Now unlike my other associate Richard Willard, who has sex with his Charizard Tenka, I don't have the same feelings for Venus.
She gets a little bummed that I won't love her in that way, but I just don't want to be know as a freaky Poke Poker like those people in Sinnoh...
But I do promise Venus this, I'll never abandon her, and I'll make sure she'll never feel that lonely ever again. 

Okay, time to talk about the coloring on this pic.
I decided to make Venus a Shiny Mawile because I didn't want to use plain old black and yellow, so I wanted to use magenta and golden yellow instead.
The most challenging thing on Venus was her outfit, I was originally going to a cute lolita styled dress, but then I figured that fighting in a flowy dress wouldn't be the best thing, so I decided to give her a magician get up instead, complimenting the fact that Mawile is now Steel/Fairy now.
Also, her giant maw was a little difficult to work with, seeing how big it is not to mention it took a long time to color.
But all and all she looks nice with all the other colors to blend in with each other.
